3. Allergen & Dietary Information
Please be aware that our bakery is not an allergen-free environment, and we do not cater to customers with allergies to dairy, gluten, eggs, soy, nuts, peanuts, and other common allergens. Due to potential cross-contamination risks, we advise individuals with severe allergies against ordering our products.
Our cakes may not be suitable for individuals with diabetes or those following a vegan diet, as they contain sugar, eggs and dairy.
Additionally, although we are not halal-certified, we do not use alcohol, pork, lard, or bovine or swine gelatin in our cakes, and our dairy and eggs come from certified halal sources with other ingredients of plant origin.

6. Cancellation and Refund
Cancellations made less than 2 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup time will not be eligible for a refund. In the case of damages or defects, customers must contact us within 2 hours of receiving the order to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
