  6. Soya

    • Our cakes may contain soya, in the form of Soy Lecithin that is present in the chocolate we use.

  7. Sulphur Dioxide

    • We don’t actively use this, but Sulphur Dioxide is commonly used as a preservative in packaged dried fruits and fruit purees that we use in some of our cakes.

Dietary Provisions

  1. Vegetarian

    • All our cakes use ingredients suitable for vegetarians who consume dairy and eggs. The cheese we use are not made from rennet.

  2. Halal-Friendly

    • We do not use alcohol, pork, lard, or bovine or swine gelatin in our cakes. Our dairy and eggs come from certified halal sources, and other ingredients are of plant origin. Please note that while our cakes are halal-friendly, they are not halal-certified.

  3. Diabetic Considerations

    • Our cakes may not be suitable for individuals with diabetes, as they contain sugar and other ingredients that may affect blood sugar levels. We encourage customers with diabetes to consult their healthcare professional before ordering and consuming our cakes.
