Before Swinging By
- We’ll bake the cake in the morning and target to get it ready within the time slot you’ve chosen. Come by anytime between the time slot you’ve chosen and 6pm.
- Can’t make it by 6pm? No worries! We’ll lovingly hold your order overnight, and you can pick it up the next day between 10am – 6pm.
Grab/Lalamove/3rd Party Drivers
Thinking about using a 3rd party driver? Just remember:
- Cars are the way to go, not motorcycles.
- Crank up the car’s AC for a chill ride.
- For longer adventures, pack an ice bag with ice packs.
- Share your name and order number with your driver – they’ll need this info to pick up your goodies.
- We won’t arrange any delivery services for pickup customers. If you need a 3rd party driver, please make your own arrangements.
Friendly reminder: Mama Girl Baking isn't responsible for any issues that pop up during 3rd party deliveries or for items after they leave our loving care. We suggest having the driver snap pics of your order before and after delivery for extra peace of mind.
Handling Our Tasty Cakes
We know you can’t wait to enjoy our treats, so here’s how to make sure they arrive in perfect condition:
- Transport your cakes by car, placing them on a flat surface like the car floor.
- Keep the AC on high to keep them cool and fresh for up to 1 hour. For longer journeys, we recommend using ice packs.
Note: We can't take responsibility for the items once they've left our premises.
But follow these tips, and your treats will be ready to wow your taste buds! 🎉
Switching from Pickup to Delivery
We can’t change your order from pickup to delivery, but you have options:
- Embrace self-pickup and let a 3rd party delivery service (like Grab Express or Lalamove) whisk your order away by 6pm.
- Cancel your order (please note the conditions below).
Cancellations - We Understand Plans Change!
We know that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so here’s our cancellation policy:
- Less than 2 days before delivery date: Unfortunately, we can’t cancel or change the date of these orders as we’re already working our magic to make your treats.
- More than 2 days before delivery date: Once your refund request has been approved, please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your original payment method. We appreciate your patience during this process.
