Essential Details for Delivering Happiness 🌈

Let’s get your yummy treats delivered! Here’s what we need from you:

  1. Recipient’s first and last name
  2. Recipient’s complete address, as shown on Google Maps.
  3. Recipient’s contact number.
  4. An alternative phone number (yours or someone else’s) just in case we can’t reach the recipient.
  5. Your email address, so we can send you order details, delivery updates, and proof of delivery. Double-check it before you finalize your order!

Delivery Address Tips

Make sure the delivery address you enter matches the one on Google Maps. We can’t change the address after you place your order.

  • Type the full address from Google Maps in the ‘Address‘ field.
  • Use the ‘Company/Apartment unit‘ field for the unit number or company/condo name. Note that we’ll only deliver to the ‘Address‘ section.

Note: The 'Company/Apartment unit' info helps our driver locate the address more easily and may be required by security.

For high-rise or multi-storied buildings, delivery to the unit isn't included. Please check the Delivery Considerations And Limitations section below for more details.

  • If our drivers can’t reach your location, they’ll deliver to the nearest car-accessible spot. You’ll need to collect your order there, and we won’t refund the delivery fee. Check the address thoroughly before placing your order.
  • Double-check the address before placing your order, as we can’t change it afterward.

Delivery Fee Info

  • We deliver within 50km of Mama Girl Baking studio in Sri Petaling, this will cover most areas in Klang Valley (mainly KL & Selangor areas).
  • The delivery fee is calculated automatically and shown at checkout after entering your delivery address. You don’t need to pay the driver again during collection.
  • Each order number is for one delivery address, date, and time slot. If you need deliveries to multiple places or at different times or dates, you’ll need to place separate orders on our website.

Delivery Methods and Time Slots

  • We offer daily delivery during these convenient time slots:
    • 12 PM to 3 PM
    • 3 PM to 6 PM
  • We’ve partnered up with trustworthy third-party drivers from providers like Lalamove and Grab Express who work closely with us to create a delightful delivery experience for you. Drivers are selected randomly, so we can’t pick a specific driver for your order.
  • Once a driver is assigned to your order, our partner will send you an email or text with their contact information. While we do our best to deliver within your preferred time slot, sometimes factors like driver availability, traffic, and weather can cause delays.
  • In the rare case that our delivery partners experience significant delays, Mama Girl Baking won’t be responsible for late deliveries, and we won’t be able to offer refunds or reschedule deliveries in such situations. Please keep potential delays in mind when selecting a time slot. Choose self-pickup or an earlier time slot if you need your items within a specific timeframe.
  • Please ensure the recipient is available to receive the order at the designated time and location. While we can’t promise exact delivery times, you can reach out to the driver for an estimated time of arrival (ETA).
  • Delivery is non-cancellable, and fees are non-refundable once routes are arranged. If you need to change the delivery address or request a later delivery attempt, additional fees (based on distance) may apply. You’ll need to directly discuss and settle these charges with the driver.

Delivery Considerations and Limitations

  • For high-rise or multi-story buildings, our delivery partners will deliver to an easy-to-reach ground floor drop-off point. We can’t deliver directly to individual unit numbers.
  • If we can’t complete your delivery due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the driver will return the items to our store. We won’t be able to refund the delivery fee in these cases. You or a designated person can come to our store to pick up the items, or you can contact us to rearrange another delivery with additional delivery fee charges.
  • After your order is delivered, you’ll receive an email with proof of delivery photos. If there’s any damage or defects, please let us know within 3 hours of receiving your order with clear photos and a description of the issue.

  • While we always do our best to provide top-notch service, please note that we cannot be held liable for issues beyond our control, such as incorrect address or contact information provided by the customer or unexpected circumstances causing delays in delivery, like adverse weather conditions or road closures.
  • While we can’t control everything, we promise to work together with you to ensure your experience with us is delightful!

  • While we work hard to deliver all items as ordered, we can’t guarantee the delivery of non-chargeable or complimentary items like message cards, candles, knives, and paper bags.
