Ordering your custom cake for delivery or pickup has never been more fun or easy! Follow these simple steps for a delightful and stress-free experience.
1. Explore and Personalize Your Dream Cake
- Dive into our amazing collection of cakes by visiting the “Cakes” section.
- Tap on a cake that captivates you for an in-depth look, including ingredients, sizes, and prices.
- Get creative by choosing from a variety of decoration options, flavors, and fillings where applicable. If you have a unique vision, share your ideas in the “Special Request” message box, and we’ll do our best to bring it to life!
- Choose the ideal size and quantity, then click “Add to Cart” to move forward.
2. Delivery or Pickup
- At the checkout page, pick between our partner delivery service or collecting your cake in person.
- For delivery, type in your address and choose a convenient delivery date and time. We deliver within 50km of our bakery. Read more about our delivery policies ».

3. Give Us Time to Work Our Magic
- Please allow at least 3 days for us to create your one-of-a-kind cake. Custom or large orders might need extra time.

4. Double-Check Your Cake Details
- After ordering, you’ll receive an email confirmation with all the important info, like your cake selection, personalization options, delivery or pickup details, and payment summary.
- Spot something off? Reach out to us right away so we can make it perfect.
5. Flexible Changes, Just in Case
- Plans can change, and we understand. For modifications or cancellations, email us at [email protected] or whatsapp us at +6014-511 5148 at least 2 days before the scheduled time. Read our Cancellation and Refund policy for more information.
- Keep in mind, cancellations within 2 days of the scheduled time will not be refunded.
- Custom or large orders might have special cancellation policies. You may check with us for specific information.
6. Claim Your Dream Cake
- Head to the payment section and enter your info. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers and e-wallets.
- After your payment goes through our secure payment gateway, you’ll receive a final confirmation email, and we’ll start working on your masterpiece.
