This class is beginner friendly~ no experience needed.

Fees: RM300
Instructor: Bu Yuan Lynn (Assistant)
Language: Mandarin, if you want English recipe kindly inform us.
Students are allowed to bring home their final product, recipes will be provided.

Class Content 
– Making of rose chiffon in 6”
– Student get to learn the difference between dairy and non-dairy cream
– using imported fresh cream from Korea
– Right technique of whip cream
– Cake frosting, colour mixing and piping technique
– Making of lychee cream filling

Terms & Conditions 
– No refund will be given after registration and payment made,  if students is unable to attend the class under special circumstances, reschedule is feasible.
– Cancellation of class :
1 weeks before class – Reschedule is feasible.
2 days before class – No compensation .
*to make up the missed class which is cancelled 2 days before by students,
RM60 will be charged for ingredients fees.
– If the class is cancelled by organizer / instructor,  course fees will be 100%
refunded.

Studio Rules
– No video / voice recording allowed in the studio and during class.
– Only students who sign up the class allowed to enter the studio.
– No shoes allowed in the studio, room slipper will be provided.
