Unfortunately, all our cakes are available only through pre-order .You may place your order 2-3 days in advance from us. Urgent order is doable under agreeable circumstances. Additional urgent fee would be applied. Please call directly to our hotline for immediate response on the urgent order.

If you unable to choose a certain that date or time that is blocked/ greyed out, it means the cut-off time passed or the product is out of stock for that date/time.

Our cut-off time for all products is 2-3 days. 

If you wish to have them to delivered at different addresses/ times, you may need to place the orders separately on our website.

If you wish to amend or cancel to your order, kindly inform us at least 3 days in advance. No cancellation is allowed within 3 days before your delivery/ pick up time.

Only 50% refund will be done if any cancellation made within 3 days before delivery date.

Yes you can! We are specialized in buttercream cake and fresh cream cake. You’re welcome to send us any images as guild line or references. You can reach us by filling up the  ‘Customization’ form with picture attached

WhatsApp us a picture of your desire design and we will get back in 24 hours.

Do note that all cakes are handmade and unique, we could not guarantee 2 cakes to be 100% same. We will try to recreate each cakes as similar as possible to the desired design.

Yes, you can. Kindly pick for car delivery service instead of bike as all our cakes requires to handle with cares.

Please choose for door to door service and inform the driver to pick it up from us at second floor.

note: If you choose for own rider-pick-up, Mama Girl Baking and MMG Patisserie will not be held liable for any damages to the orders once it has left our premises.

Self pick up option is available. The time slot starts from 10am-6pm daily. Any others earlier/ late pick up request, please contact our service hotline for further assist.

Yes we do, but we doesn’t recommend to go for this option. We suggest to write it on a message card or on the cake board instead. Please type your message in the message box provided before checking out.

For the best outcome, we suggest to make a customize topper instead (charges applied). Please contact out service hotline for topper customization service.

Whipped Cream Cake 
Store in refrigerator, best enjoyed chilled. Maximum shelf life in room temperature is 30-45minutes.

Buttercream Cakes/ Flower Cakes
Store in refrigerator.

Please take note that buttercream frosting would be
harden when cold. Thaw at least 30 minutes for optimal texture.

Full Fondant Cake

Store in air conditioned room temperature only (18-24-degree Celsius environment)

Loaf Cakes/ Brownie
Best consumed at room temperature. Heat up in the microwave 30sec before served.

Homemade Cookies
Cookies can stay fresh when kept in an airtight container. If cookies went soft, re-crisp them by baking on a wire rack in a 150-degree Celsius oven for a few minutes.

Our baked good are recommended consume within 2-3days as it doesn’t contains any preservative.

Our products are not halal certified but all products do not contain lard or alcohol.

Unfortunately this request is not available. All our product’s recipe are standardized and we can’t adjust the sweetness as we make them in batches. But please don’t worry, all our cakes are not too sweet as we use minimize sugar level in the recipe.

All Mama Girl Baking and MMG Patisserie deliveries only cover within Klang Valley area. Kindly arrange your own private driver for deliveries outside our service area.

Delivery rates are dependent on the area with rates estimated between Rm10-70. You may proceed with the rate checking by inserting your address at the checkout section on our website.

For multi-level building units or shopping malls, customers are required to collect from the driver at the main entrance as charges do not include parking fee.

Yes, you can choose the time slot provided, 12pm-3pm or 3pm-6pm before adding the product to your cart. Any others time slot from the option, please contact our service hotline for the assist.

Billing address is the address associated with your bank account. While delivery address is the address of the recipient – address which you need the baked good to be deliver to.
