1. Demonstration of Italian Meringue buttercream (Korean Buttercream)
2. Tips and technique in making plain white buttercream
3. Basic color mixing technique
4. Flowers piping : Lisanthus, Carnation, Bouvardia and leaves

Workshop Fee: RM680
– No refund will be given after registration and payment made, if students is unable to attend the class under special circumstances, reschedule is feasible. – Cancellation of class : 1 weeks before class
– Reschedule is feasible. 3 days before class – No compensation . *to make up / reschedule the missed class which is cancelled 3 days before by students, Penalty will be charged for ingredients fees (RM60-baking course, RM80-piping course) .
– If the class is cancelled by organizer / instructor, course fees will be 100% refunded.

Yes! You don't need any previuos experience to bake/decorate with us ~ Our classes are desgined to accommodate any level of baking experience.
Just a pen for your own notes will do~ We will provide all the recipe, ingredients and tools for you.

We use Chinese language as the main language but we can teach in others language (English or Malay) in the same time too (please feel free to request if you need others language teaching)

Nope sorry, we will only focus on the cake frosting and flowers piping in this workshop. The assembled cake will prepared in advance by us. However, we will attached the recipe in student's note.
